Amir Van Rooijen is a man of challenges. Dutch passionate about cooking, he “Always makes French cuisine, almost everywhere in the world, because it is the one which allows the greatest diversity”. Lovers of the Dieppe region “Where I used to go on vacation all the time during my youth”, he first acquired a second home in Ancourt, then “The Auberge de Puys, in 2011, to stay there. We refurbished it in the style of the time and we opened in 2012 ”.
