The third edition of High School Student Day, for first and final year students who are interested in the Specific Health Access Course (Pass) or the Health Access License (LAS) will take place over two days on Saturdays 12 and 19 February, face-to-face at the Faculty of Medicine of Brest. The Pass and the LAS are the two access routes to studies in midwifery, medicine, odontology, pharmacy and rehabilitation professions. The event is organized by the association of Brest Health Tutoring (TSB) which is an association of health students whose aim is to support the first years of health.
Experience sharing
The day will begin with a presentation of the Pass and the LAS, as well as Tutoring, followed by a methodology session, where the transition between high school and higher education will be discussed. Then, an introduction to the first notions of the course will be given so that the high school students can discover the program. A time of discussion is specially dedicated to parents, in order to allow them to familiarize themselves with the organization of the first year. Students will be present to share their experience of the role and importance of the entourage during this particular year.
Finally, a session to answer questions will close the day and all the written materials will be made available to participants on our website.
