This 56-year-old Ardèche man was driving “oddly” on Sunday around two o’clock in the morning in Labégude near Aubenas. The police on patrol decided to check his blood alcohol level. It was largely exceeded, since this driver had 1.84 grams of alcohol in his blood.
He was taken to a drunk tank and then placed in police custody before being released on Sunday. He is summoned to court for a penal order.
