The fans and fans of the great comedian Abdul Salam Al Nabulsi celebrate his birthday, which falls on August 23 of every year.

Its inception
Abd al-Salam Abd al-Ghani al-Nabulsi was born on August 23, 1899, in “Akkar” north of Tripoli, Lebanon, and his roots go back to the Palestinian city of Nablus.

His artistic beginning
In 1929, “Nabulsi” entered the world of art at the hands of Mrs. Assia Dagher in the movie “The Ghada of the Desert”, but his stardom was achieved in 1931 in the movie “Pricking Conscience”.
Output
“Nabulsi” had multiple talents besides acting. He went through the experience of directing and worked as an assistant director with the artist Youssef Wahbi.
Most Famous Bachelorette
Nabulsi remained dubbed “the most famous single in the artistic community” until he reached the age of 60, then married one of his admirers in Beirut, “Georgette Sabat”, but their marriage took place without the knowledge of her family, which forced him to divorce her after a short period.
His most famous work
The late Abd al-Salam al-Nabulsi presented several works of Egyptian art, the most famous of which are “The Beautiful Bedouin,” “The Dove of Peace,” “Afrita Hanim,” “The Little Millionaire,” “The Street of Love,” “What You Say to Lahd”, “I want to marry”, “Love Letter” “The girl of the neighbors”, “the trickster”, “Nights of love,” “How can I forget you,” “You are my love,” others.
Taxes
Al-Nabulsi accumulated taxes, which prompted him to return to Lebanon again, and there he became director of the United Film Company, and produced several films, including “The Beauty of the Masses”.
Ehtihat
The artist Abdel Salam Al-Nabulsi was distinguished by several “poems” in most of his films, which the audience does not forget, including “People with luck and people with sequins”, “Release it, Karim, simplify it O Basset,” “Oh heaven, pour your anger on the idiots.”
Georgette, the widow of the late artist Abdel Salam Al Nabulsi, said that he used to always repeat the phrase “the meat of my shoulders is the best of Egypt” in all his journalistic conversations, referring to the great success that Nabulsi achieved with the late artist Abdel Halim Hafez and the friendship that brought them together through participating in a number of films.
Georgette added, in a television interview on the “ten in the evening” program broadcast on “Dream” channel, that Abdel Halim Hafez visited them at their home in Lebanon after her marriage to Abdul Salam al-Nabulsi, pointing out that her love story with the late artist turned him from an enemy to marriage to an ideal husband.
After that, the widow of the late artist, Abd al-Salam al-Nabulsi, recounted his last moments before his death in Lebanon, as he suffered a health crisis that necessitated his transfer to the hospital and died in the ambulance, adding: “The best days of my life I spent with Abd al-Salam, while he was in the ambulance, he held my hand until he died, and I left My family and everything is for his sake, and I refused to marry after him. “
His death
On July 5, 1968, Abd al-Salam al-Nabulsi died of a severe heart attack, leaving Egyptian art unforgettable works.
