Noa was taken to the Lower Keys Medical Center and then airlifted to Jackson South Medical Center in Miami-Dade County. He remained in critical condition.
No weapons were found at the crime scene. However, before the shooting, witnesses told police that the men had an argument about a Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Both brothers were armed with pistols and during the discussion they drew their weapons and fired at the two men.
