HDI Global Specialty SE wants to expand its cooperation with the Frankfurt M&A insurance specialist Amaniki. In future, HDI is to act as the start-up’s exclusive risk carrier.
Amaniki was founded in March 2019 and specializes in the M&A insurance market. In addition to its Frankfurt headquarters, the company also has a subsidiary in London. Amaniki focuses on risks in continental Europe and England.
