The cast of the comedy Friends would return once for a reunion, but HBO has temporarily shut down production due to the coronavirus, reports Variety Wednesday.
The filming for the series would begin in late March, but this has been moved to at least May. Various measures are also in place in the United States to limit the spread of the coronavirus. At a reunion, too many people should be together at the same time.
In February, the US streaming service announced that the Friends-reunion in the form of a special one-off HBO Max would appear. The reunion must be included in the original Warner Bros studio in Burbank, what this should look like is not yet clear.
It is not yet known whether the Friendsreunion will be shown in the Netherlands.
