Havertz shines at Chelsea, Pröpper and Veltman against Van de Beek

Chelsea – Barnsley 6-0
Havertz has opened his goals account for Chelsea after three games. He scored no less than three times against Barnsley. Tammy Abraham opened the score after twenty minutes and a little later Havertz was accurate.

It wasn’t until the second half that things really went fast for Chelsea. Ross Barkley made 3-0 and then Havertz was twice more accurate. Olivier Giroud added some extra shine to Chelsea’s victory by making it 6-0. Barnsley was never involved in London.

Chelsea will play in the Premier League against West Bromwich Albion.

Leicester – Arsenal 0-2
Arsenal has itself at the expense of Leicester City qualified for the next round. The Foxes were no match for in-house The Gunners. Fortunately, after an hour, Arsenal took the lead after an unfortunate own goal by Christian Fuchs, who worked the ball into his own goal.

Leicester pressed on and was close to the equalizer a number of times. But Arsenal secured the victory in the very last minute of regular time. A well-played attack was completed by Eddie Nketiah just before the goal line.

Preston – Brighton 0-2
For Davy Pröpper, Joël Veltman and Alireza Jahanbakhsh a meeting with Donny van de Beek’s Manchester United awaits in the next round. Brighton & Hove Albion managed to deal with Preston North End with 0-2.

Brighton, where Pröpper and Veltman were in the starting line-up, took the lead after the break through Jahanbakhsh. The Iranian shot the ball beautifully into the intersection, putting himself on the map. Alexis Mac Allister determined the final score at 0-2 fifteen minutes before the end.
