While 2024 marked the first time an entire division was documented in-season, the concept of in-season “Hard Knocks” isn’t entirely new. The Indianapolis Colts were the first team to be featured in this format in 2021, followed by the Arizona Cardinals in 2022 and the miami Dolphins in 2023.
