If you are registered in the Halo Insider program, you may have received an email inviting you to discover the PC version of Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary, the next installment to join the Halo compilation: The Master Chief Collection.
The game is already available in the Master Chief Collection on Xbox One
343 Industries had it announced last month, public testing of the Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary PC port started as planned in February. Nearly 100,000 “Halo Insiders” (follow this link to register) received an invitation to test this remastered version of the first chapter of the Major saga. The opportunity to see several gameplay videos appear on Youtube (here or the).
For now, 343 Industries has not set an official release date, but the studio plans to offer the entire Master Chief Collection on PC by the end of 2020. Halo reach opened the ball last December, and after Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary, it will be the turn of Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4. The titles will be available in the Xbox Game Pass, and for purchase on Steam and Microsoft Store.
