GWM hosts a global car festival to improve customer experience

Baoding, China (ots/PRNewswire) Recently, GWM launched a global car festival in overseas markets to fully capitalize on its leadership in New Energy Intelligent Vehicles (NEVs) and improve customer experience.

GWM enhances its range of intelligent NEVs by introducing key models such as the HAVAL H6, the HAVAL JOLION and the GWM POER, all of which are equipped with new performance, intelligence and safety features. In May, GWM recorded 101,020 new cars sold, up 26.18% from the same month last year, and an all-time high in overseas sales of 25,131 units, accounting for 24.88% of total sales.

The GWM HAVAL H6 family has been upgraded to the third generation. In order to meet the needs of consumers in different markets for environmental protection and technological configuration, GWM successively launched the HAVAL H6 HEV and the HAVAL H6 PHEV. Both models are based on LEMON DHT technology and offer excellent performance with low fuel consumption.

The updated H6 family features more advanced intelligence and increased safety, earning it the 5-star safety rating from the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (A-NCAP). The outstanding product strength of the HAVAL H6 has won the favor of more than 4 million consumers worldwide since its introduction.

HAVAL JOLION, another GWM model, is tailored for city driving and features a more fashionable design and body color. In addition, the technical configurations of the model are tailored to the needs of global consumers. In various markets, the HAVAL JOLION is a hit with young consumers who appreciate its stylish exterior, sophisticated cockpit and intelligent equipment.

In South Africa, HAVAL JOLION ranked first in retail sales of small SUVs for the first month. The model was named “Top Import Car of the Year” (Newcomer) at the Accelerator Awards of the National Association of Automotive Manufacturers of South Africa (NAAMSA) and was nominated for the “Passenger Newcomer of the Year Award” nominated.

The GWM POER is an intelligent premium pickup from GWM that combines superior off-road mobility, exceptional load capacity and intelligent cutting-edge technology. The pickup model has already been launched in Australia, Chile, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and other markets. In order to meet the different needs of consumers, the GWM POER is equipped with various intelligent driving assistance functions. Launched in Australia, the model has intelligent safety features such as Lane Departure Warning (LKA) and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB). With its safety features and strong product strengths, the GWM POER has also received the 5-star safety rating from A-NCAP and won the title of Best Pickup Truck of the Year in Chile.
