At least 19 civilians were killed when a group of gunmen attacked a village in western Niger, near the border with Mali, on Saturday night, local authorities said.
– At the moment, the death toll is 19 people, and the number of injured two people. The attack was carried out by armed men on motorcycles in the village of Gaigorou in the Tillaberi region, a spokesman said.
