Koninklijke Horeca Nederland has drawn up guidelines that pubs and restaurants must comply with if they open their doors again on 1 June. The document was distributed to hotel and catering entrepreneurs last night RTL News was able to see it.
The cabinet announced last week that reservations are mandatory and that a distance must be kept. According to the KHN guidelines, you can sit at a table or bar with up to four people. An exception would be made for larger households.
Guests must wash their hands or use hand gel upon entry. A control interview is also conducted, just as happens with hairdressers. For example, anyone who has a fever, cough or a cold can be refused. When the guests leave, the tables, chairs and menus must be thoroughly cleaned, according to Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
