Education Guide, an educational technology company based in London, UK, has raised £ 6million ($ 8.25million) in funding.
The round was led by the UK Government Future Fund and other private investors.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Leon Hady and David Hans-Barker, Guide Education is an online learning platform that offers personalized pathways and detailed interactions between students and mentors.
The company also owns and operates TuitionKit, a GCSE support system that provides learning opportunities to more than 600,000 students in 24 countries.
Guide, which provides over 3,000 videos in 30 courses spanning 5 years of teacher training material, currently works with over 700 schools and has helped train over 15,000 teachers.
