Guanajuato, Gto. January 09, 2022. – The Secretariats of Education and Health of Guanajuato inform that it will be on January 12 and 13 when the vaccination booster day for educational personnel of public and private schools of the state will be carried out, in which education workers will receive a dose booster against COVID 19 with the Moderna vaccine.
In the state the vaccination of 118 thousand workers of the sector is contemplated; The venues that will be enabled are COMUDE in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, MULZA Shopping Center and the UNITEC Technological University of Mexico in León, the Francisco Eduardo Tresguerras Auditorium in Celaya and INFORUM in Irapuato.
As of January 10, the workers of educational institutions must register, entering the site reinforcementvacunacion.seg.guanajuato.gob.mx and follow the prompts.
According to the location of the work center, the registration folio will indicate the headquarters, the day and time at which you must go.
It is also recommended to wear a face mask, comfortable clothing, if it is necessary to bring only one companion, have had breakfast or eaten before vaccination, if you suffer from diabetes or hypertension, have taken your medications.
There are enough vaccines for the entire sector, so it is not necessary to queue; the vaccination centers will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The day of application of reinforcement to educational personnel will be carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Public Education, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Health of the State and municipal authorities, as well as the support of 1,500 young university brigade members and administrative staff of the SEG.
The reinforcement of vaccination against COVID 19 contributes to improving the working conditions of teaching staff and adds to the preventive measures to carry out their work in safe spaces, such as the home filter, the school filter and the cleaning of facilities, with emphasis on security measures that safeguard the rights to education and health of all.
