Grupo Social ONCE and Microsoft continue to promote the employability of people with disabilities – RRHH Press

Drafting. ONCE Social Group and Microsoft will launch activities of training and digital training aimed at people with disabilities in the framework of the program By Digital Talent, and will collaborate in the revitalization of the new training space that Fundación ONCE and Inserta Empleo have created in Madrid.

Both organizations thus advance in the strategic collaboration that they have maintained for more than twenty years with the aim of promoting the employability of people with disabilities in the field of new technologies.

Among the planned initiatives, Microsoft will provide Por Talento Digital students with access to the online training platform Microsoft Learn, as well as additional training content on the company’s main technologies.

What’s more, Microsoft professionals will participate in conferences, specific sessions and workshops organized in the new training center, and students of the Digital Talent program will have preferential access to technical training activities organized by Microsoft in Spain.

Grupo Social ONCE and Microsoft will put a special focus on the labor insertion of people with disabilities, promoting the official certification in Microsoft technologies.

Likewise, Microsoft will work directly with the more than 11,000 collaborating companies that make up its network of partners in Spain to promote the employment of people with disabilities who receive training in digital skills through the Por Talento Digital program.
