Greece drops negative test result for Dutch tourists | Inland

The Greek government believes that the Netherlands has good control of the virus.

Since 17 August, it has been mandatory for Dutch people (from 10 years old) to demonstrate a negative test result to enter the country. The test could not have been taken more than 72 hours before entry. This rule was introduced because of the rapid increase in the number of infections in our country.

Rules tightened

The number of infections in Greece continues to rise. The rules in the country have therefore been tightened on Friday evening: flights to and from Barcelona are prohibited from Monday and in addition to Mykonos and Paros, catering establishments on Zakynthos and Lesbos also have to close after midnight.
