The royal family gathered on Sunday for a private memorial service at Windsor Castle, and afterwards Prince Andrew said that the queen misses her husband for over 73 years deeply.
“We have lost the nation’s grandfather, and I am sorry and support my mother, who is probably the one who feels it more than anyone else,” said the prince.
Prince Philip died on Friday, aged 99. He will be buried on Saturday 17 April.
