The electric vehicle Vicinity LightningTM, the first electric bus from Grande West, is the newest model in the portfolio of Grande West and is now officially presented (see product presentation here https://vicinitybus.com/models/vicinity-lightning-ev/). The premiere of the vehicle is a milestone for Grande West and the industry in the direction of emission-free transport. The Vicinity LightningTM will be an environmentally friendly alternative to diesel vehicles currently used in this segment.
The Vicinity LightningTM was designed from the ground up to be a cost-effective, easy-to-use vehicle. The design will enable it to fit into any standard transit garage without major infrastructural electrical upgrades. Grande West has partnered with world class industry leaders to develop this modern vehicle. The design and construction process with the customer in mind has been carried out with calm and foresight and the result is the revolutionary Vicinity LightningTM bus. The company’s sales team has begun introducing the product to potential customers in the United States and Canada.
