Gradual resumption of Orléans Express service

The Orléans Express coach service will reopen its Montreal-Quebec route starting Friday, the parent company Keolis Canada announced.

This resumption of activities will be gradual for the other routes in the province. The company justified its decision by the growing demand from its customers to get back on the road.

“Everything indicates that the roads will be taken over by holidaymakers this summer. This is an ideal opportunity to rediscover the regions of the province, visit family and friends and experiment with new activities, “said Pierre-Paul Pharand, President and Chief Executive Officer of Keolis Canada, in a press release.

Hygiene measures must be observed on board fleet vehicles. Wearing a mask will be compulsory during the journey, and social distancing will be required.

Children will no longer be allowed to travel alone, while passengers will not be able to eat food on the coach. The toilets will not be open and only online payments will be accepted.
