Government targets billions in profit from Engie to reduce energy bills, but is that possible?

By the end of this week, the federal government wants to come up with a package of measures to reduce energy bills. On the table are, among other things, a one-off premium of 200 euros and the reduction of excise duty and VAT. To get that paid, the government is investigating how it can skim off the extra profits from Engie Electrabel and other suppliers.
