For the lawyer in constitutional and criminal matters, José Luis Pérez Jiménez, both the president of the republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador Like the Congress of the Union, they must refer to the constitution to defend the population from this disorderly migration, which does not allow knowing all the causes that foreigners have had to migrate and settle in this frontera on.

He explained that article 29 of the Mexican constitution makes reference to the foreign invasion that, interpreting current events, disorderly migration can contribute to the disturbance of social peace, which attracts other problems such as food shortages, lack of opportunities for the local population, and most seriously, the generation of common crime.

I affirm that It is not about discrimination against the person for the fact of being a migrantInstead, since there is a massive and disorderly invasion, the President of the Republic is empowered by the Constitution in Article 29 to take swift action to face the danger posed by this phenomenon.

Therefore, an alternative would be for the federal president to coordinate with the governments of Central America and the United States, to face the causes of this migration, not giving handouts, but establishing actions that allow young migrants to avoid leaving their countries. of origin, providing programs to promote productivity and combat crime.

On the other hand, he pointed out that, in Costa and Soconusco regions, the highest crime rate is represented by 70 percent of robberies and assaults in its different modalities, and organized crime crimes in a smaller number, but the criminal conduct of the assailants has nothing to do with their nationality, rather, because they are in an environment of zero opportunities.

Finally, he concluded that as long as the bodies such as COMAR and the INM continue with the delay to conclude the residence procedures for migrants, which sometimes take up to a year, the problem will gradually settle and the population of these regions will continue to regret it.
