JAKARTA – The Covid-19 Handling Task Force noted that 26,018 specimens related to Covid-19 have been examined by laboratory staff as of Friday (14/8/2020).
This data comes from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) which was uploaded by the Covid-19 Handling Task Force.
The number of corona specimens examined yesterday, Thursday 13 August 2020 was 25,814. This means that when compared to today’s data there has been an increase in the inspection of as many as 204 specimens.
Meanwhile, the government noted that there were an additional 2,307 positive confirmed cases of corona per day. Thus, the accumulation of positive cases reached 135,123.
The Covid-19 Task Force also reported an additional recovery of 2,060 people today. Thus the accumulated healings reached 89,618. The number of deaths has increased by 53 today, bringing the total to 6,021 people.
The number of suspected corona cases as of Sunday 2 August 2020 reached 75,527 people. The Covid-19 virus has spread in 34 provinces and 481 districts / cities in Indonesia.
