Google Adds “Created by You” Section to Gemini,Simplifying Media Access
MOUNTAIN VIEW,CA – Google is rolling out a new feature within its Gemini AI platform designed to streamline access to user-generated content, including images, videos, code, and documents. The update, currently available in the Google app beta (version 16.35.63), provides a centralized location for users to easily locate and revisit their Gemini creations.
The addition addresses a growing need for institution as AI-generated content becomes more prevalent. Previously, locating specific outputs within Gemini’s chat history could be cumbersome. This “Created by You” section offers a dedicated library, enhancing usability for both casual users and those leveraging Gemini’s Canvas feature for coding and document creation. Android Authority initially noted the feature’s development in an earlier app teardown, but it is now functional within the beta version.
Google has been actively developing Gemini since its launch, with ongoing improvements to its functionality and user interface. This latest update builds on those efforts, possibly positioning Gemini as a more robust and user-friendly choice to competitors like ChatGPT. The company is also exploring a redesigned Gemini interface that could ultimately replace the Google Assistant on smartphones.
The rollout timeline for the feature to all users remains unconfirmed, but its current availability in the beta version suggests a public release is imminent as Google continues to refine the platform.
