For Miljuschka, body positivity means that you look in a way that makes you feel comfortable. That is size 60 for one person, size 34 for another. But what the TV chef feels comfortable with is her own weight. “For example, I weigh 75 kilos and feel comfortable with that, but for some people that is out of the question,” she says in the interview.

Miljuschka herself is praised for her honest photos in which she can be seen naked. That was a bit of a shock to her boyfriend at first. He never expected to see his girlfriend like this on social media. “At first he thought: holy shit, what is this? But he took five years to get used to it and now he embraces it.”
The TV chef continues to compete for a more realistic picture. She thinks that many people share ‘made’ photos. “I think it’s very important that we get to see the real world, so real photos. In the end, we all get fuller, more wrinkly and we get cellulite. But that’s okay.”

Miljuschka thinks the ‘ideal’ image on Instagram is not feasible for her and many others. She tries to pay attention to herself, especially now that she is the face of Weight Watchers. But that is not her ambition. “I will never become 55 kilos again and I don’t have to. It is all such bullshit. All to fit into a certain image? I didn’t think so,” she said earlier in a conversation with AD.
