A day after denouncing the theft of UEFA’s Golden boots, as well as silver and bronze ones, Mário Jardel shared good news.
«Shoes found. I come here to thank each of you who shared the theft of my boots. The Ceará State Police did a wonderful and tireless job», he wrote on Instagram.
According to Globoesporte, the thief was arrested and the truth is that the boots are already back (or at least on their way) to Jardel’s house, who was the top scorer in Europe in 1998/99 (by FC Porto) and in 2001/ 02 when lining up at Sporting.
