Gold prices in Egypt jump during trading on Thursday

Gold prices rose in the local market during trading today, Thursday, as the gram increased 10 pounds in one go, compared to yesterday’s levels.

Naguib Club, former general secretary of the Gold Dealers Division in the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a 21-gram gold gram rose today to 838 pounds, compared to 828 pounds, yesterday.

The price of an 18-carat gram during today’s trading reached about 718 pounds, and the price of a 24-carat gram reached 958 pounds, and the price of a pound of gold was about 6704 pounds.

Globally, gold prices increased by 0.77% during today’s trading, as the price of an ounce rose by about $ 14.7 compared to the end of yesterday’s trading, to record $ 1917 at 12:45 pm Cairo time, according to Bloomberg data.

Gold prices in Egypt decreased by about two pounds per gram during trading on Wednesday compared to their level on Tuesday.
