MALUKU TENGAH, KOMPAS.TV – Gold suddenly appeared on the coast of Tamilow Village, Amahai District, Central Maluku Regency. Local residents even flocked to pan for the gold.
Tamilow village apparatus, Rais Pawae, said that the emergence of gold material that shocked the villagers had been going on for the last two days.
The location of the appearance of the gold material is about 500 meters from the village.

He said many residents came with makeshift equipment after they found out that there was gold material at the beach location.
“Within two days there were many people who got gold from the pan, but not gold bullion. The shape is granular and looks like small stones,” said Rais quoted from Kompas.com, Monday (22/3/2021).
Apart from the coast, there are also many residents who pan for gold in several rivers in the village.
