Global gold prices rallied during today’s trading, gaining more than two dollars in spot trading as the US dollar fell.
And prices of the yellow metal rose in spot transactions by 0.13%, or the equivalent of $2.11, to reach $1757.53 an ounce, according to global market data.
Gold futures for December delivery rose 0.14%, or $2.55, to hit $1,757.65 an ounce.
Among other precious metals, silver rose 0.28% to $21.42 an ounce, while platinum fell 0.09% to $995.65 and palladium was up 1883, 03 dollars.
