JAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – Chief Executive of the Handling Committee Covid-19 and National Economic Recovery (PEN), Erick Thohir, say giving salary subsidies from the government for employees scheduled to be liquid at the end of August 2020.
As is known, the government will provide a stimulus in the form of salary subsidies in the amount of Rp. 600,000 for 4 months which was distributed directly to employees income below IDR 5 million.
“God willing, at the end of this month as well as for micro businesses, salary subsidies This can be done directly, which is Rp. 600,000 for 4 months, “he said Erick Thohir on Wednesday (12/8/2020).

Erick said this program would be given to 15.7 million workers or laborers with an income below Rp 5 million.
In total, each worker will receive IDR 2.4 million.
“Salaries for September-October are paid in August, and salaries for November-December are paid in September,” said Erick, who is also Minister of BUMN.
