The 17th season of “Germany’s Next Topmodel” at ProSieben on the screens Heidi Klums Up-and-coming models not only cut a good figure when posing or walking on the catwalk. Nowadays, the GNTM candidates also have to stand out on the internet. And that’s exactly why Heidi’s “Meeedchen” Instagram accounts are being pushed properly. We took a closer look at the Instagram accounts of Heidi’s GNTM participants. You can find out here which three candidates are already among the favorites and which model candidates do not seem to go down well with the viewers at all.
GNTM candidates in the favorites check: These models have the most followers
A total of 21 candidates are currently fighting for the title “Germany’s Next Top Model”. Although the current season has only been running since February 3, three candidates are already ahead in the popularity ranking. In the big Insta favorites check, we tell you which three models currently have the best chance of winning the title according to social media.
Only a few weeks ago, the official Instagram accounts of Heidi’s “Meeedchen” were activated. It quickly became apparent who the viewers’ absolute favourites: Barbara, Juliana, Liselotte and Paulina have already left their competition behind on social networks. Juliana’s account already has over 56,000 followers, Paulina is close behind with over 54,000. Barbara comes in third with almost 40,000 followers. This is followed by Liselotte with almost 38,000 Instagram fans (as of March 10th, 2022).

Barbara, Paulina and Juliana depend on other GNTM candidates
Can anyone catch up with her? That remains to be seen. Only Luca (32,000 followers) currently has a chance to overtake the three top favourites. The other top model candidates, on the other hand, are largely without a chance, at least according to the current status. Her Instagram accounts count between 11,000 and 30,000 fans.

GNTM boss Heidi Klum has so many followers
For comparison: GNTM boss Heidi Klum currently has 9 million followers on Instagram – and the trend is rising. By the way, it is not known whether model mom Heidi also has the three current fan favorites at the top of her list of favorites. Only the upcoming episodes of GNTM will show that. However, photos showing the models on the GNTM set provided the first indications of which candidates would go particularly far.
