Your Role

  • define and develop the global marketing strategy for one of our workflow segments
  • develop a deep market understanding of this segment in terms of key markets, customers and competition
  • implement the global marketing strategy with a concrete activation plan and respective activities, in alignment with other global functions as well as with local sales organizations
  • continuously track and measure activities, in order to focus on the most effective ones and drive profitable growth
  • act as an advocate and advisor within the organization for marketing excellence and nurture those skills within other teams
  • establish and drive a consultancy program for premium customers, to support them with business consulting to grow their practice
  • evolve our concept for customer visits to ZEISS, including virtual formats, as well as leading it

Your Profile

  • diploma or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences
  • at least 5 years of work experience in Marketing, preferably with broad exposure to different marketing areas, in the Healthcare or Consumer industry
  • experience in brand management, customer journey and project management, ideally cross-cultural and passionate about Marketing
  • excellent communication skills, can easily translate ideas into inspiring presentations and visualizations
  • ideally with experience in consulting in premium settings
  • analytical, data-driven mindset and strategically oriented, preferably with business experience and acumen
  • structured in thinking and acting, with proven planning and aligning skills
  • curious and fascinated by understanding customers and their deep motivations, collaborative and can work well with both internal and external stakeholders
  • strong English proficiency, fluency in additional languages a plus
  • flexible and willing to travel internationally
