“Give meaning to your job: join health research!” »: Launch of Inserm’s 2021 recruitment campaign | Press room

Lawyers, biologists, computer scientists, statisticians or even managers: give meaning to your profession by joining Inserm! The first public body entirely dedicated to human health research is launching its national recruitment campaign to promote registrations for external public service competitions. The opportunity for Inserm to present several of its employees as well as their sometimes unrecognized professions. In total, 83 positions are to be filled throughout the territory. Registrations are open and accessible online until July 15.

Give meaning to your profession by joining Inserm! Registrations for the 2021 external competitions are open and offer candidates a range of opportunities with more than 83 positions up for grabs in 2021 and a wide variety of professions. Thus, the profiles sought concern many fields: biological techniques, virology, development, financial and administrative management, human resources, IT, communication, etc. All the positions open to Inserm competitions allow integration into the State civil service.

Joining the Inserm teams means joining a structure bringing together more than 15,000 researchers, engineers, technicians and administrative staff, united with a common objective: to improve the health of all through the progress of knowledge about living organisms and diseases, innovation in treatments and public health research.

A colorful and dynamic digital campaign giving a voice to Inserm agents

In 2021, Inserm chose to put its employees in the spotlight through a colorful and dynamic digital communication campaign. Available on social networks LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and on several online press sites, the campaign “Give meaning to your profession: join health research!” »Presents the profile of several Inserm civil servants who have agreed to give their testimonies. In the form of interviews, participants share both their background, their profession, as well as the meaning of the functions they perform at Inserm.

This quest for meaning and service to citizens embodied by the slogan “Give meaning to your profession” resonates even more after a year and a half of the health crisis; crisis which has seen Inserm rise to the forefront of players in the fight against Covid-19. This campaign, orchestrated by Inserm’s communications department, is one of the main pillars of its communications strategy geared towards a better perception of its missions and its actions with the general public.
