The GHT is a new mode of coordination between health establishments in the territory, which places the patient at the heart of the organization of care.
Territorial hospital groups (GHT) are born in 2016, of the law on the modernization of the health system, with an essential mission: to pool the resources of several public health establishments in the same territory in order to ensure equal access to secure and quality care for all populations. This new organization makes it possible to implement, for each patient, a common and graduated management strategy.1
