Getafe announced this Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with Strasbourg for the hiring of Serbian defender Stefan Mitrovic, who passed by Benfica in the 2013/14 season.
The 31-year-old Serbian centre-back has signed a contract valid for the next three seasons and already has experience in the Spanish league, having represented Valladolid in 2014 on loan from Benfica.
Mitrovic joined Benfica in 2013, but played only in the B team, before being loaned to Valladolid in the same season. The entry then continued the challenge in Freiburg (Germany), Gent (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France) where it won a League Cup.
