The actor Pierre Richard published a photo with Gérard Depardieu to celebrate their friendship and their passion for wine.
“Friends for life, friends for wine”. It is with this simple legend that actor Pierre Richard published a photo where he poses alongside Gérard Depardieu. Pierre Richard is seated, smiling, wearing a sleeveless shirt and jacket, arm in arm with Gérard Depardieu, slumped over him and serious.
Pierre Richard published the photo on social networks late Saturday without indicating the occasion and the place where the photo was taken. The two men have been friends for many years after filming “La chèvre”, “Les compères” or “Les fugitifs” in the 80s.
Many internet users have commented on the cliché: “the fugitives together”, “two real friends”, “20/20”, “I love it” or “you are both beautiful”. A surfer even asks Pierre Richard: “When is the reunion at the cinema?”
Russia and wine
The two friends share several passions in common. Russia and its culture and wine. Pierre Richard settled in Gruissan in Aude, at the foot of the Clape massif, over thirty years ago. He owned the Bel Evêque estate there. Gérard Depardieu, for his part, has owned Château de Tigné, a 100 hectare wine estate, in the Loire Valley since 1989.
