Generals Kopelipa (Manuel Hélder Vieira Dias Júnior) and Dino (Leopoldino Fragoso do Nascimento), representatives of the companies CIF – China International Fund Angola, Lda and Cochan, SA, within the scope of the Heritage Investigation process 2/2020-SENRA, attached to criminal process nº 12/20-DNIAP proceeded to deliver the assets of the referred companies, constituted with public funds, to the National Asset Recovery Service (SENRA), informs a statement of October 14 of the Attorney General of the Republic of Angola to which the Jornal Económico had access. Among the goods delivered is the CIF Cement cement plant, the CIF SGS Automobiles car assembly plant, the CIF Lowenda Cervejas beer plant, the CIF Logistics logistics unit, 271 buildings and 837 houses at different construction levels, among others. goods, says Angola’s PGR.

The assets now delivered include the totality of the shares they held in the company Biocom – Companhia de Bioenergia de Angola, Lda, through Cochan SA, the supermarket chain Kero, through the transfer of 90% of the shareholdings of Grupo Zahara Comércio SA and company Damer Gráficas – Sociedade Industrial de Artes Gráficas, SA.

The representatives of the CIF transferred the ownership to the patrimonial sphere of the State of the assets seized by SENRA on February 11 and 17, 2020, including the “Peaceful Life” in Zango, consisting of 24 buildings, three daycare centers, two nautical clubs and four shipyards, the buildings CIF Luanda One and CIF Luanda Two, including all their equipment located at Avenida 1º Congresso do MPLA, urban district of Ingombota, municipality of Luanda.

“Henceforth, all the assets referred to are definitively included in the State’s property sphere”, states the statement from the Angolan PGR, stating that “the transfer of these goods to the State sphere does not prevent the continuation of the criminal process ”.
