The people in Gemünden worry that there might soon not be enough general practitioners in the city. At the end of 2019, Dr. Günther Graf closed his large practice on Bahnhofstrasse, in June 2021 Dr. Lutz Deicke, who also had many patients in his practice in the city center. The idea of a medical center is not making much headway. “It’s not a problem at the moment,” says general practitioner and city councilor Helmut Aulbach.
