The great chefs of northern Lorraine are tearing them away. Asparagus from the Chambeyron farm, in Rettel near Thionville, is the delight of local cooks. Great restaurants, such as Ma Langue Sourit (two stars in Luxembourg), La Lorraine in Zouftgen, Le Clos de la ravine in Apach, Le Relais du fort in Veckring or the restaurant of the fortified castle in Sierck-les-Bains.
