Before the greeting, Charlotta Janssen wipes her hands on her jeans dungarees. Wouldn’t be necessary at all. There is only the usual elbow check. She is currently trying to repair one of the used wood pellet stoves she organized for the guests at Chez Oskar on Malcolm X Boulevard deep in Brooklyn. It’s mid-April, so it can still get very cold in New York during the day.
