Fate has prepared many trials for Margarita Sergeecheva.
Margarita Sergeecheva began acting in films at the age of 6. At first she were episodic heroines, but in 1974 she already got the lead role in the film Strange Adults. The character of the young Margarita was played with such drama that the audience was surprised by the depth of character of the girl, which did not fit into her image of her innocent of her. For this discrepancy, she was even nicknamed the “iron girl with pigtails.”
After the first success, Sergeecheva has become one of the most “removed” actresses. She played on the tapes “As the clock strikes”, “The fourth height” and “A week without a year”. But gradually her offers became less and less. Times have changed, and in the 90s Margarita was offered only roles in dubious tapes. She then decided to drastically change her life and she followed in her parents’ footsteps in medicine. After graduating from the Medical University, Sergeecheva began working as an ambulance doctor. If she was recognized by patients, she preferred to laugh about it, assuring that she had never acted in films.
In the 2000s, Margarita suffered a stroke. She recovered for a long time, one of her hands didn’t start working. She had to leave medicine and live on a modest disability pension.
