Gasoline and diesel prices rise sharply at gas stations

Gasoline and diesel fuel prices have risen in Ukraine

Average retail prices for A-92 gasoline are UAH 31.26 per liter, for A-95 gasoline – UAH 32.14 per liter, for diesel fuel – UAH 31.41 per liter.

In Ukraine on Tuesday, January 25, retail prices for gasoline and diesel fuel increased sharply. At the same time, the cost of autogas has not changed. This follows from the monitoring data of the A-95 Consulting Group.

Thus, the average retail prices for A-92 gasoline are UAH 31.26 per liter (+0.51 UAH), for A-95 gasoline – UAH 32.14 per liter (+0.47 UAH), for diesel fuel – UAH 31 41 hryvnia per liter (+0.55 hryvnia), autogas – 18.96 hryvnia per liter (0.00 hryvnia).

Such a rise in price occurred after the Ministry of Economy published new calculations of the average cost of gasoline and diesel fuel, from which gas stations can set their markup.

Estimated prices for gasoline were increased by UAH 1.33 from UAH 27.92 to UAH 29.25 per liter, for diesel fuel increased by UAH 1.68 from UAH 25.16 to UAH 26.84 per liter.

Thus, taking into account the maximum margins, the cost of gasoline at filling stations cannot exceed 34.25 hryvnia per liter, diesel fuel – 33.84 hryvnia per liter.

Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine autogas price has risen by 50% in a year. At the same time, A-92 gasoline went up in price by 24%, and diesel fuel – by 23%.
