The head of the Russian Federation is “losing globally,” the Russian opposition leader believes.
Increased shelling of rear cities of Ukraine is a signal of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin both Ukrainians and the West: “I will do what I think is necessary and I have no obstacles to destroy the whole of Ukraine.”
Such an opinion expressed Russian oppositionist, ex-world chess champion Garry Kasparov on the air of the information telethon during an interview with one of the Ukrainian channels on June 30.
According to him, several factors could lead to a sharp surge in shelling of the rear part of the Ukrainian territory by Russia, which the whole world has seen lately.
“One of them is that Putin has completely ceased to reckon with the opinion of the West. Perhaps the latest statements by Americans and Europeans that Ukraine will finally receive the latest air defense defenses will somehow affect Putin’s behavior. Because, unfortunately, before Since several months, we have seen the West’s hesitation in increasing the supply of weapons that Ukraine needs so much to survive and win this war. In addition, the Russian oppositionist noted that Putin needs a result, because Russian propaganda continues to assert that there is not a war with Ukraine, but a “special operation.”

Since there is no grand victory on the battlefield, even when the Russian army is slowly advancing somewhere, using the numerical advantage. This is not a victory that can be presented on TV as Putin’s great achievement,” Kasparov said.
