Steggerda – Exactly one hundred racing pigeons are missing Elco (27) and Ydo (30) Homma. Stolen by a criminal gang. “All our work is gone in one fell swoop.” They are devastated, still. At the Homma brothers, pigeon breeders in Steggerda, a hundred racing pigeons were removed from the loft early on Monday morning. The animals are worth about 400,000 euros together, Elco estimates. Top pigeon Luna alone is good for just under 150,000 euros.
