Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra Found to Possess Samsung’s Proprietary Processor Found in Galaxy S23

The Galaxy S23 series, which was launched earlier, is not only the first time in recent years that all models sold globally use Qualcomm processors, but it is also the first time that Samsung’s customized version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor is used. This Qualcomm-specific processor has a higher clock frequency than other Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and its performance is superior. It is reported that the Galaxy tablet to be released later will have similar specifications.

Top processor with dustproof and waterproof body

It is reported that the Galaxy Tab S9 series, which will be released later, has the opportunity to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 customized version of the processor like the Galaxy S23 series. In addition to being equipped with a top-level high-end processor, other specifications of the Galaxy Tab S9 are also high-end equipment, such as an IP67 dustproof and waterproof body. This is the first time that a non-Active series tablet has waterproof capabilities.

Coming soon in August

Although the Galaxy Tab S8 series was released at the end of February last year, it is said that the Galaxy Tab S9 may have to wait until around August and September to be released together with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5. In addition to the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, the series is believed to have two tablets, the basic version of the Galaxy Tab S9 and the Galaxy Tab S9+.
