Further hearings in Vienna bombing terror trial

The trial of six suspected supporters of the Viennese killer will enter the next round on Tuesday at the Vienna Regional Court. Last Thursday two of the defendants were questioned, who allegedly helped the killer get his weapons.

On Tuesday, the question will again be how he obtained the ammunition, but also whether he was supported in planning the assassination.

The 23-year-old first defendant is interrogated. The Kosovar is accused of having traveled to Slovakia with the next killer in July 2020 to purchase ammunition for an AK 47 assault rifle, like the one used in the November 2, 2020 attack. Tomorrow, Tuesday, a 28-year-old will also be questioned, who he would have supported the murderer in planning and preparing the murder weapons and ammunition. The six defendants are basically accused of the crimes of involvement in terrorist offenses with murder, terrorist organization and criminal organization.
