Apparently, the fujimorista did not notice that his microphone was on when it was the turn of another member of the commission.
One day after this mishap, the legislator, representative of Ica, gave his defense to the Education Commission and assured that it was a joke.

Also, the congressman indicated that that day he was in his car on his way to his home because he had held a meeting with the Minister of Labor. Despite this, he claimed to have been aware of everything discussed in the session.
