“This activity is incompatible with the status of a diplomatic worker and is clearly hostile towards the Russian Federation. Measures will be applied to the foreign diplomat in accordance with the norms of international law, “the statement reads.
Context:
This is not the first time that foreign diplomats have been detained by Russian special services. In April, in receipt of “classified information” accused the Ukrainian consul Alexander Sosonyuk. The 21st of April he left the territory of the Russian Federation.
