Frontal shock in Morbihan. Motorist dies, two injured in relative emergency

The collision occurred at a place called Kerdroguen in Brandivy. Significant resources have been deployed.

One deceased motorist, two other people in relative emergency. This is the heavy toll of a head-on collision that occurred this 1st January 2020, at a place called Kerdroguen, at the exit of the town of Brandivy (Morbihan).

At around 6:15 p.m., for a reason to be determined by the police, two cars collided at a bridge over the Le Loch River. In one, the driver, a 56-year-old woman, died. In the second vehicle, a 68-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man were injured and were taken care of by the firefighters and transported to the Bretagne Atlantique hospital in Vannes.

Significant resources were triggered from Baud, Grand-Champ, Vannes and Plumelec, i.e. thirteen firefighters. The services of the departmental council set up a diversion during the entire intervention, which ended at 9 p.m.
