From the United States green light for the Regeneron antibody cocktail: drug given to Trump

The American authorities have granted emergency authorization for the use of the Regeneron antibody cocktail for Covid-19. The experimental drug, which was given to President Donald Trump, in early October, is the second of its kind to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration after the green light came November 9 for a similar drug from Ely Lilly.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., based in New York, says its antibody cocktail therapy for Covid-19 significantly reduces viral load levels and halves the number of cases where additional medical attention is needed.
